Our Team
Lena Lumelsky
 Lena Lumelsky is the founder, CEO and lead programmer of Woland Technology. She has 15 years experience in information technology, including in key management positions at Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank and Merrill Lynch. Lena graduated from the University of Michigan with a Masters in Computer Science. She and her husband, Greg, have three daughters and live in Charlotte, NC. |

Greg Lumelsky
 Greg Lumelsky is CTO and legal counsel to Woland Technology. He has 13 years experience as an attorney in private practice, with a focus on transactional law. He has been fiddling with computers and computer-assisted imaging since 1981, when his father lugged the first IBM PC home for the holidays, and the fascination has never let up. Greg enjoys running, photography and being a creative thorn in Lena’s side. |

Julia Novikova
 Julia Novikova is an up-and-coming graphic and web designer that’s buzzing like a jar full of lightning bolts! She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Asheville with a degree in Multimedia Arts and Sciences, distinction in her field, and an award for outstanding creativity within her academic department. Julia strives to include a fun-loving spirit and identity into all of her creative work. When unplugged, Julia loves to cook, read, craft, play and people watch.

Gail Budin
 Gail Budin has worked as a programmer and system analyst for various companies over the years and has a degree in Management Information Systems and Finance from the University of Connecticut. After taking some time off to raise a family, she has resumed working as a web-developer. She has a true passion for her work and an acute attention to detail. She enjoys travel, fitness, tennis, cooking and reading. She resides in Charlotte with her husband and two sons.
